Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Samantha began her journey at the age of four with classical dance training and later went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Shortly after graduation in 2007, Samantha began training with five time national Rhythm champion and former owner of Tempo Dance Studio, John Abrams, and has been teaching all styles of ballroom and Latin for the past ten years. From social to competitive, she makes patterns and technique clear and easy to understand so her students can reach their dance goals in the fastest way possible. Samantha currently competes in the Professional American Smooth division and is a Rising Star and Open Finalist.

Brady is excited to be apart of the team here at Madison Ballroom Company. He grew up wanting to be Patrick Swayze in the movie “Dirty Dancing”. As a Madison resident, he’s worked for dance franchises such as Arthur Murray Dance Studios and Fred Astaire Dance Studios, but prefers the atmosphere that MBC provides as an independent studio. Brady has also choreographed for theatre companies including American Players Theatre and Children’s Theatre of Madison. Nowadays he finds joy in helping his students achieve their goals as social and competitive dancers.
Argentine Tango Instructor
Joe Yang has been a vital part to the Madison tango community and has helped build it up to where it is today by hosting milongas (Argentine Tango socials) throughout the city for several years. He has extensive knowledge of his craft and teaches students from beginner to advanced. We are happy to have him a part of the MBC staff and sharing his specialized expertise with us.
